By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services. 

1. General- Items are subject to availability. We will update our website to maintain an accurate amount of our products. We will fulfill available products. Some items might be shipped separately. We will do every effort to contact the customers for any changes or concerns. Sold-out items will be available for restocking in the future. In the event, you purchased a sold-out item. We will contact you for an exchange or refund.

2. Shipping- Shipping is calculated during checkout and payment will be collected at the time of purchase. Upon dispatch, Customers will receive a tracking number which they will be able to follow the progress of their package based on the updates made by the shipping provider.

Please provide an accurate address including the apartment # and zipcode. We will not be responsible for returned packages! The customer will be charged for shipping costs in case we need to resend it due to an incorrect address.

For Large orders, We will ask for a return signature to ensure the receipt of the package, no extra fee will be charged to the customer. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. Please contact your local USPS.

Products will be shipped in a secure package to prevent any damage during shipping and handling. 

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our product. We do not honor returns or exchanges. Please refer to the description of the product, we will be accurate as possible when describing the scent and logistics of our product. We will be sending some samples along with your purchase for future reference.

Ingredients used are listed on the item's description, please check for any allergies with the ingredients before purchasing. 

While everybody's preference is unique, please contact us for any issues we will provide reasonable solutions to keep your business.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations should be done within 12 hours from the time of purchase. We will not honor cancellations once the items are dispatched.
